The Stoelting F112-38 soft-serve freezer is compact to help save you space. The freezing cylinder will hold up to 218gallons of product at a time. You can use this freezer to make frozen drinks, cocktails, smoothies, and shakes. To make using this unit easy, it has one selector switch with auto/off/clean options. The refrigeration system is made to tolerate high ambient temperatures, allowing you to make many drinks throughout the day.

For consistency in your products, there is a slush defrost cycle and an on-demand defrost. The Stoelting F112-38 soft-serve freezer has a low-mix warning light to alert you to add more product. Shipping: We ship Monday thru Friday 10:00am- 5:00pm eastern standard time. Once payment is received your item will ship the same day for non-freight item shipping via  UPS Ground FedEx Ground or USPS. Freight Items will ship within 2-3 business days of receiving payment this allows us to crate and package the unit to prevent any damages with. Please contact us to receive a shipping quote, also be sure to include whether this is going to a business or residential location and also if you a lift gate or if you have a loading dock and please make sure to let us know if this is a limited access area. Please include the name of your business and a good contact telephone number.

Unless there is a defect in the item or shipping damage to the unit, not listed above.  The buyer must pay for return shipping, and the unit must be returned within 14 days, in the condition it was sold in.

Refunds are given after inspection is made, the initial shipping costs are deducted from that refund.

DAMAGE Claims All freight damage claims are made through freight. Buyer may choose to purchase additional insurance through  freight company.

Inspect for damage and make notation on the Bill of Lading BEFORE the driver leaves your location even if there is no physical damage on the box
If damage is not noted on B.O.L. claims cannot be done. If signature is required on, FedEx, USPS, OR LOCAL FREIGHT,inspect before signing. Note damage with carrier before they leave.

Products must be in the condition you received and in the original packaging. Refund includes the item purchase price only and does not include any shipping charges. You are responsible for shipping charges.

IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF (I.E INVOICE, WORK ORDER) OF PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION, THEN RETURNS WILL NOT BE HONORED.

We have a few of these products in stock. Model is exactly the same, but sometimes items may slightly vary with trays inside, decals or colors. We can always work with you if you require items with specific properties.

Please be aware  that this item ships with freight. We often try our best to crate the item to prevent shipping damages, but we also understand  that accidents happen sometimes. Please note that you must declare the item damaged If you sign for a damaged goods and receive it, the freight company would refuse to reimburse for any damages.
